Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By engaging Guan Heng Plumbing & Construction Works for any plumbing or construction work, you agree to these Terms of Service and to provide accurate information about the site and scope of work.

2. Services

Guan Heng Plumbing & Construction Works provides the following services in Petaling Jaya and the surrounding Selangor area:

  • Leak detection, pipe repair and repiping
  • Water booster pump repair, installation and troubleshooting
  • Drain clearing and high-pressure jetting
  • Water heater supply, installation and replacement
  • Sanitary ware and fixture installation
  • Roof and ceiling waterproofing, including PU injection grouting
  • Bathroom and kitchen wet-works renovation
  • Wall repair, plastering and minor renovation

3. Pricing and Quotes

Pricing is project- or service-based and is confirmed after an on-site inspection. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

4. Payment

Payment terms are confirmed at the time of acceptance of the quote. We accept cash and bank transfer.

5. Scheduling and Cancellation

We make reasonable efforts to attend at the scheduled time. Please give as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule. Cancellations within four hours of the appointment may incur a call-out charge if our team is already en route.

6. Workmanship

We stand behind our workmanship. If a defect related to our work appears within a reasonable period after completion, contact us and we will assess and rectify any genuine workmanship defect. Materials are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

7. Limitation of Liability

Guan Heng Plumbing & Construction Works is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the work performed for that job.

8. Site Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe, lawful access to the work site, and to advise us of any known hazards (asbestos, concealed electrical work, hidden pipework) before work begins.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Selangor.
